Gaby Ehmann

Biography:

Gaby Ehmann, born 1968, spends her childhood and youth in southern Germany
and Berlin and pulls 1991 heading north. Since then she has lived near Hamburg.
In addition to her trained profession, European secretary, which she does part-time, she devotes herself
entirely of painting.
The joy of painting has shaped her life since early youth. She is self-taught, brings
teach yourself to draw and paint. Today many digital media offer her new ones
suggestions and ways, continue to educate yourself. A change is reflected in theirs
Work ab 2021 wider. She had previously taken a creative hiatus for a few years. And
while before this break she painted more representationally, she focuses in her
creative work 2021 to experimental abstract art.
She paints with acrylic paints mainly on canvas and also brings in some works
fillers, pigments, Collage-Elemente, Include acrylic ink or oil pastel. With the

“In my studio I immerse myself in my world of colors, forms and structures.”
I love abstract art, 'Cause I just commit, with what shades and
Materials I want to be creative with and then it starts with just a little pre-planning. Think
Inspiration during the painting process intuitively guides me to the next step. In game with
I create different layers of color in opposites: lacerating, pastures,
get lost, rubbed down, scratched, randomly poured, stenciled, sprayed. i want mine
set no limits and neither do the viewer. That's why many of my works
no title, so that everyone can seek their own world in them.
