The artist about his work:

“It is my intention, the viewer of my works the everyday, to become aware of what is around us. We encounter these things at all times and yet they are quickly forgotten, are overlooked, not considered. However, they hold the great system together, because even the smallest detail is part of a whole.
in which i it, be it a screw or hook, out of its usual environment and into a new one, unusual environment, it grabs the viewer's attention. He can devote himself to the subject of the picture, free from usual thought patterns. I create a field of tension between abstraction and precision and thus put the everyday in the spotlight. Even the smallest part is part of a larger whole, and it can only work, when everything works together.
We too are part of a larger whole, of a system, that only works as well as each individual in living together. Otherwise we will sink into chaos”.
